Our simple daily routine and life close to nature are determined by the current season and weather. From icy, sparkling -20 degrees Celsius to snow flurries to starry night skies with northern lights, you can let yourself be surprised by what the weather has to offer during your stay.
During the day we meet in the main house for yoga sessions, food and together time.
At night you sleep in a shared cabin on the farm with a wood stove door to door with nature.
Not only will you engage your body, observe your mind and feel how your soul is being nurtured by the active sessions. But also will we take the time and deepen into the philosophy of yoga and widen your understanding of the practice.
One evening we will celebrate in our farm’s own sauna. You get to enjoy a relaxing evening in the warmth, refresh in the snow and treat yourself to a bowl of soup.
Experience the cozyness of good company in a 250 years old wooden house, surrounded by the glimmering magical winterlandscape of the north. Sitting together, by the fire, reading, talking, handcrafting and emerging into your being.
